Terms of Use

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of TenderAI at tenderai.uk and the emails we send you. By using the service or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

TenderAI monitors publicly available UK public-sector contract notices and sends you a summary of those that appear to match your business, ranked by relevance. We also provide a free weekly digest and free tools on the site.

We are an independent service. We are not a recruitment agency, a bid-writing service, and we do not submit bids on your behalf.

3. The free digest

The weekly digest is free and needs no payment details. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove your data at any time.

4. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

• The daily brief is £99 per month, with the first month free.
• We do not charge your card during the first 30 days. If you cancel before the free month ends, you are not charged.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• After the free month, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund a month already paid.

If something has gone wrong with a payment, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Accuracy of the tender information

• Notices are published by UK public bodies and made available under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We summarise and rank them; we do not create or verify them.
• We do not guarantee that a notice is accurate, complete or current, that our matching is correct, or that we will surface every relevant opportunity. Buyers amend and withdraw notices.
• Always check the official notice before acting on it, and rely on the buyer's own documentation and deadlines.
• Deadlines and contract values shown are as published in the source data and can change without notice.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government. "Find a Tender" and "Contracts Finder" are UK Government services, and the notices belong to the buyers who published them.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the service unlawfully, or to mislead anyone
• scrape, redistribute or resell our output as your own service
• share your subscription with others outside your organisation
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

7. Intellectual property

The TenderAI name, the site and our own content belong to us. The underlying tender notices remain subject to the Open Government Licence and the rights of the bodies that published them.

Our free TenderAI Tender Alerts WordPress plugin is released under the GPLv2 or later, and you are free to use, modify and redistribute it under that licence.

8. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, the service is provided "as is".

We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from a decision you take based on a notice we surfaced or failed to surface. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; the date above will change, and we will email subscribers about significant changes. We may also change or withdraw parts of the service. If we withdraw the paid service entirely, we will not charge you for a period you cannot use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
